Flexible training options for your clinic

All new BTE systems include hands-on training from our licensed clinical professionals. Your BTE representative installs the system and walks your staff through the basics on-site. Afterward, your team is invited to a two-day, in-person training course at our facility in Hanover, Maryland. You can also schedule a virtual follow-up session anytime to learn new applications, onboard new staff, or refresh your skills.

Flight details
Do not book flights until you receive confirmation from BTE. We recommend arriving at BWI the night before training. Return flights should leave at 6pm or later on the second day.

Shuttle provided to and from airport, hotel, and training.

*Meals
Catered lunch provided during training. Complimentary dinner at local Baltimore restaurant on first night.
Lodging
BTE covers one hotel room for two nights under the first year warranty. The hotel rooms are double occupancy, so most facilities send two colleagues who can room together. Additional rooms will be booked at the customer’s expense.

Advanced Evaluation Courses

We offer advanced courses that explore applications beyond the basic training for EvalTech and Prism. Participants must be licensed / registered / certified clinical professionals and must pass an online competency test with 85% or higher. These online tests ensure a baseline knowledge of the systems needed to proceed.
